   教师工作包至少备足下列物品：
    1、教师带队记录；2、笔；3、计时器；4、橡皮筋；5、医用胶布。
  （四）学员用整理箱。
（五）首饰匣（放在整理箱内）
信任背摔是传统经典培训项目。目前，在各类培训中，包括学生素质教育中被广泛应用。但是，背摔又是一个危险度极高的项目（据统计是拓展训练中事故率最高的项目之一），所以教学实践活动中一定要谨慎。
 
五、信任背摔的事故隐患及预防手段。
 
    背摔是事故率最高的拓展培训项目，同时，也是非常成熟的传统经典项目，如果严格控制，应该是没有问题的。但是，由于个别从业者认知的问题，操控中仍存有隐患。
    背摔中所有人员分为三种角色：背摔者、保护者和教师，三种角色都有可能存有安全隐患。
 
   （一）背摔者隐患：

    1、摔偏。
    摔偏不仅可能伤害背摔者，也可能伤害保护者，所以，在此一并介绍。
    严重摔偏一般是培训师判断问题。所以准备充分后，培训师要通过目测检视保护队形是否与背摔者方向一致。当然，在前期项目布置中，在组织保护队形时，这一点是培训师必须提醒的。如果保护人员比较多，超过12人时，可以专门安排一个人站在队尾，其中一个作用，就是帮助培训师检视队形。
    有时虽然只是稍微偏离，也可能伤害保护者。所以建议保护者尽量加宽保护宽度。办法是不要采取保护者双手叠放置于对方肩上的办法，而是“两臂夹一膀”（A学员和B学员四只手从左到右依次为A左手、B右手、A右手、B左手，基本无间隙的在一个平面上），而且要求统统夹住对方右膀，这时，右手中指的指尖触及对方的肩窝。保护者头部后仰。项目开始前，培训师站在背摔台上，发出左、右指令，指导保护者进行队形横向移动练****br/>of accountability, redress of orders and prohibitions.
