浅谈监理对建筑工程质量的控制
【摘要】:监理工作对于建筑工程建设有着至关重要的作用,因此我们监理人员必须不断加强我们自身的技术水平和工作素质,同时监理机构还要不断的提高管理质量,只有这样我们才能对施工单位的建筑施工进行良好的监督,提高施工技术水平、质量意识以及其管理水平,真正的做到确保建筑工程的施工质量。本文就针对建筑工程施工中一些影响因素进行了论述,以及我们监理人员怎样才能做好工程施工全过程的质量控制进行了阐述,并针对可能影响工程施工质量的五个方面的因素进行探讨。

[Abstract]: Supervision plays a very important role in building engineering construction supervision personnel, so we must continue to strengthen our own technology level and quality of work, at the same time supervision institution will continue to improve the quality of management, only in this way can we for the construction unit construction good supervision, improve the level of construction technology, quality consciousness and the management level, really do to ensure construction quality of building engineering. In this paper some influencing factors in construction are discussed, and how we can supervision personnel to do the entire process of construction quality control are described, and the factors that might influence the five aspects of project construction quality are discussed.
