浅谈水利工程施工管理及质量控制
摘要:水利工程是发展水利事业与水利经济的重要硬件保障,水利工程的建设和管理对国民经济和地方经济的发展有着特殊的意义。根据工作经验及工程项目的实践,分析了水利工程项目的现场施工管理。随着水利工程施工企业的资质就位和基本建设管理体制改革的深化,管理和劳务层的分离,专业承包队伍的规范,水利工程项目施工将越来越普遍。施工质量控制是整个施工过程控制的重点,也是施工单位进行现场施工管理的核心。下面以施工质量控制为例分析了水利工程施工阶段的质量管理。

Abstract: Water conservancy project is an important guarantee for the development of water conservancy cause hardware and water economy, has a special significance for development and management of water conservancy project on the national economy and the local economy. With the deepening of enterprise of water project construction quality place and basic construction management system reform, separation of management and labor, professional contracting team norms, the construction of water conservancy project will e more and more popular. Construction quality control is the focus of the whole construction process control, is also the construction units are the core of on-site construction management. 1 施工阶段的质量控制
在一项水利工程项目中,决定水利工程质量最为关键的阶段是在水利工程施工阶段,它将“蓝图”中的各种意图变为现实,为了达到“预防为主”的目的,必须要加强施工阶段的质量控制。为了加强对施工项目的质量控制,明确各施工阶段质量控制的重点,施工阶段质量可分为事前、事中和事后控制3个阶段。
事前质量控制。指在正式施工前进行的质量控制,其控制重点是做好施工准备工作质量控制,并且施工准备工作质量控制要贯穿于施工全过程中。
