谈建筑施工中的造价管理与控制
摘要:随着市场经济的发展,建筑施工业的竞争也日渐激烈。施工单位往往要以较低的价格才能中标,而建设单位对施工质量、环境保护等方面的要求往往又比较高,兼之建筑材料价格和施工人员劳务工资不断的上涨,并且还可能受到其它不定因素的影响,导致施工过程中所需的费用不断增加,施工企业的利润空间越来越小。因此,施工企业必须要做好施工阶段的工程造价管理,从内部控制中挖掘潜力,为企业在激烈的市场竞争中赢得更多的利益,保证企业持续健康的发展。

Abstract: With the development of market economy, the construction industry is increasingly petition. Construction units tend to bid at a lower price to, and require the construction unit of the construction quality, environmental protection and so on are relatively high, and the price of building materials and construction personnel labor wage rise, and may also have other uncertain factors, resulting in the process of construction costs continue to increase, the construction enterprise profit space more and more small. Therefore, the construction enterprise must do well in project cost management in construction stage; tap the potential from the internal control, for enterprises to win more profits in the petition in the market, to ensure sustained and healthy development of enterprises.

1 建筑施工过程中造价管理存在的问题

在建筑施工过程中,需要细致的分析和研究项目的投资限额和可行性,计划好施工过程中每个阶段的实际造价并严格加以控制管理,在施工造价的过程中要严格的控制全部施工过程。但是,在实际工作中,部分施工企业在建筑标准、投资额度和设计深度等方面没有提前做好准备,也没有制定合理的施工措施就盲目的施工。一旦施工中遇到了问题,就会根据实际的需要来变更设计,同时又缺乏对变更可行性和必要性的进行管理
