二、政治思想条件
遵守国家的法律法规，具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神。认真学习并系统掌握党在各时期所要求的政治思想理论体系和科学内涵，在思想上、政治上同党中央保持一致，正确贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，思想品德优良，热爱思想政治工作。任现职期间，年度考核合格以上。
三、学历、资历条件
大学本科毕业以上学历，从事政工专业工作，取得高级政工师资格5年以上。
四、业务、计算机条件
（一）熟练掌握政工业务理论。参加全省政工业务统一考试，成绩符合规定要求。
（二）熟练掌握计算机应用技术。参加全国或全省职称计算机考试，成绩符合规定要求。
五、思想政治工作经历（能力）条件
取得高级政工师资格后，具备下列条件：
（一）对党的思想政治工作有深入研究和独到见解，工作经验丰富，有较强的统筹谋划、开拓创新、组织指导、调查研究、专业文字能力。
（二）能够适应形势发展的需要，深入研究企业职工思想活动的新情况、新特点，探索新形势下做好企业思想政治工作的有效方法和客观规律

六、业绩成果条件
取得高级政工师资格后，具备下列条件：
（一）获得省部级以上综合性思想政治工作荣誉称号，或对所在单位获得省部级以上同类称号起了主要作用，或主持、承担过省、部级以上思想政治工作课题研究，其成果在一定范围内被采用、引用。
（二）开展思想政治工作的做法、经验在省部级以上党政机关被推广（附相关证明材料）。
（三）所培养、树立的先进典型在全省、全行业产生过重要影响（附相关证明材料）。
七、论文、著作条件
取得高级政工师资格后，公开发表、出版有较高水平的思想政
