一般来说，除了参照以上健康标准外，判断一个教师是否健康，还可使他们与其他大多数教师比较，和同龄人的心理状态比较。也可根据我们日常生活中积累的经验及心理测量仪器判断一个人的心理及行为是否正常。当然如果想要相对客观准确地判断，最好是综合运用以上标准。
二、教师心理问题现状及表现
一些心理测试结果显示教师在恃强性、兴奋性、敏感性、幻想性、忧虑性等因子上的得分明显高于其他专业技术人员，至少有20%的教师心理健康水平低于常人，教师的心理焦虑比其他职业群体的人更为严重[4]。青年教师由于社会阅历较浅，缺乏社会经验，自身的德育意识较薄弱，在明辨是非善恶处理人际关系时易出现偏差。由于没有足够的工作经验常常对工作难度估计不足，与学生的心理发展水平的不一致，导致师生关系的恶化，使角色意识淡化。而中年教师因为承担着多重社会角色，工作家务担子重，常常处于心理紧张之中，身心均受到影响。老年教师则因为退休，易产生惆怅心理和失落感。人们一谈起大学教师，尤其是高校教师都认为他们不论是知识水平，还是自身品德修养，生活水平较中学教师不知优越多少倍。但据有关对高校教师的心理健康程度的调查显示，近半数的高校教师中，%的教师有轻度的心理障碍，%的教师有中度心理障碍，%的教师已构成心理疾病[5]。

有人也许会有这样的疑问，心理教师该不会有什么心理问题了吧。可事实证明即使是心理教师同样无法避免心理健康问题。2006年，某中学一名32岁的心理健康指导的教师，最终因为无法解开自己的心结，在巨大的心理压力下崩溃，选择跳楼使自己得到解脱。据说这位张老师是个很会做学生的思想工作的优秀教师，可正是这样优秀的老师却无法拯救自己的灵魂，把自己的思想工作做通。事实上，心理学教师在对学生进行心理咨询与辅导，解决心理疑惑时，自身面对的是多重刺激，矛盾和冲突，他们是心里垃圾的收容站[6]。而这个收容站在助人的同时却容易使自己处于心力交瘁的状态。心理教师由于工作的特殊性长期处于情绪焦虑和波动之中，他们不仅要面临生活中、工作中的压力，还要接收他人的压力，这是其他教师所不能及的。随着时
