新形势下国企员工职业道德建设初探
摘要:改革开放以来,我国市场经济发展突飞猛进,取得了长足进步,随着网络时代的到来,全球经济一体化趋势日益加剧,国有企业员工思想上呈现出“多样性、自主性、多变性、个性化、利益性”特点。思想政治工作必须调整新的思路、采取新的措施,才能取得事半功倍的效果。本文通过分析国有企业员工的现状与成因,探讨加强员工职业道德建设的必要性,并就如何有效开展职业道德建设提出建议,供同行参考。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the development of China's market economy make a spurt of progress, has made considerable progress, with the advent of the era, the trend of global economic integration is growing, the state-owned enterprise staff thought presents "diversity, autonomy, variety, individuation, benefit". Ideological and political work must be adjusted to take new measures, new ideas, to achieve a multiplier effect. In this paper, through the analysis of the present situation and causes of the employees of state-owned enterprises, the necessity to strengthen the construction of employee occupation morality, and puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively carry out the occupation morals construction, for reference.

一、引言
目前,大批青年员工(指80后、90后,下同)已成为国有企业的主力军,以从事的高速公路营运管理这个行业为例,青年员工(32岁以下)占企业员工总数的比例超过80%。这些在我国改革开放以后出生成长的年轻人,时代环境造就了他们有着与前人差异较大的人格特质,自身具有鲜明的时代特征,自信、张扬,富有活力,以自我为中心。面对这一群体,传统的教育模式与教育方法有些失灵了,一些经验颇为丰富的国企政工干部也感到力不从心。及时准确第把握80后、90后员工的思想特点,找到关键切入点,既是加强和改进青年员工思想政治工作重要而
