企业信用缺失的现状与对策研究

摘要
市场经济必然是信用经济,市场经济愈发达愈要强化信用伦理。自从中国加入世贸以来,守信成为了企业应当遵守的国际游戏规则。然而,由于我国市场经济体制不够完善,失信现象经常发生。信用缺失会给企业带来巨大的负面效应,破坏其生存与发展的软环境,使之运行处于无序状态。为加强企业信用体系建设,应建立和完善企业信用评估体系、信用担保体系、内部信用管理制度和信用监管制度,规范发展企业信用中介服务机构,从法律上加大对失信企业的惩罚力度。
综上所述,本文通过对企业信用管理的了解,对比中西方信用管理的差异,切实了解我国企业信用管理的不足之处,并从企业内部及外部体系两方面提出加强信用管理的对策及方案,有效地改善企业失信行为,促进企业健康发展。

Research on Lack of Corporation Credit Status and the Corresponding Strategy

Abstract
Market economy must be credit economy, the more developed market economy, the more credit to strengthen the ethics. Since China's accession to the WTO has e a trustworthy enterprise ply with international rules of the game. However, due to Chinese market economy system is not perfect, loss is a frequent occurrence. Lack of credit will panies a tremendous negative effect, the destruction of their survival and development of soft environment to make it run in a disordered state. To strengthen enterprise credit system, should establish and improve enterprise credit evaluation system, the credit guarantee system, the internal credit management system and the credit monitoring system, regulate the development of intermediary services, business credit institutions,Dishonesty from corporate law to increase the punishment.
In summary, this article, the understanding of the business credit management, credit pared the differences between Western, practical understanding of our business credit management Insufficient, and From both internal and external systems put forward measures to strengthen credit management and program, effectively improve the Corporate Credit and promote healthy development of enterprises.
