（二）拟建幼儿院
新站拟建一所幼儿院在新区，占地900平方米，修建教学楼、食堂、寄读室、娱乐场所，能容纳400人的标准幼儿院。
（三）拟建卫生院
由于新站卫生院现有条件比较差，环境恶劣，不适应当前发展，在新区拟建一所卫生院，占地2500平方米，修建住院部、门诊部、办公楼、病人食堂、病人活动场所、绿化场地等设施。能有一百个床位的卫生院。
（四）拟建移动公司办公区
新站移动公司覆盖一乡三镇，按现在的条件不适应用户需求，拟建新站移动公司占地500平方米，修建办公楼、机房、院坝及停车场等。
（五）拟建网络公司办公区
新站移动公司覆盖一乡三镇，现新站网络公司还没有一个固定办公地点，目前是租用民房办公，拟建新站移动公司占地550平方米，修建办公楼、机房、院坝及停车场等。
（六）拟建五星级酒店
由于重庆旅客到桐梓县新站避暑旅游人员增多，现形的旅馆接待条件以不适应发展，在新区拟建一所五星级酒店，占地1500平方米，修建住宿楼、食堂、娱乐厅、小形停车场，绿化场所等其它设施，在五星级酒店边上修建一个大形停车占地4000平方米，为新站的四桥车及外来车辆提供方便。
（七）拟建信用社
新站信用社一是自房，二是租房办公，无职工活动空间，在新区拟建占地500平方米办公区，修建办公楼、食堂、职工住宅楼、货币存放处、绿化和活动场所、小形停车场。
