摘要:给排水管道是城市基础设施的重要组成部分,是居民维持正常生活秩序和城市发展的基础。市政给排水工程在城市建设中的地位很重要,但是因为影响其施工的因素很多,因此市政给排水工程施工的管理与控制就显得尤为重要。本文针对市政给排水工程施工管理中常出现的问题进行分析研究,并且在分析研究中找出解决的方法加强控制和管理。

Abstract: Water supply and drainage pipeline is an important part of city infrastructure, is the foundation of maintaining the normal order of life of residents and city development. Veryimportant municipal water supply and drainage engineering in construction of city status, but because the factors affecting the construction of many, therefore the municipal drainage engineering construction to management and control is particularly important. The studyof municipal construction management on drainage engineering problems often, and in the analysis research to find solutions to strengthen control and management.

为了与城市化的发展保持一致,便民利民的市政给排水工程发展就显得尤为紧迫,其中最重要的就是如何循环利用水资源和防止城市的水污染。市政给排水工程的施工管理与控制是否达到预定的标准,将会对城市的环境保护、城市整体功能的发挥和城市的交通防汛工作产生重大的影响。但是,由于对现场市政给排水施工的质量管理与控制不严,再加上市政给排水工程从设计到施工会受到制度、方法或者工艺的制约和影响,例如市政给排水现场的施工工艺技术、传统工程管理的模式、设计方法、相关的制度等因素,很多问题就会出现在市政给排水工程施工中,影响市政给排水工程的建设。那么对这些问题的研究与探讨就显得十分必要,而且对于城市的发展也具有深远的意义。
一、市政工程给排水施工现状分析
现阶段,市政工程使用的管道(根据材质)可分为:钢管、铸铁管、混凝土管和钢筋混凝土管、塑料管(包括钢塑复合管)4大类。(1)钢管:钢管一般分为灰口铸铁管和焊接钢管;(2)铸铁管:铸铁管可分为普通铸铁管和延性铸铁管(
