水利水电工程环境影响综合后评价方法研究
摘要:水利水电工程是人类改造自然的重大活动之一,这项活动为我们带来了社会,经济,环境等各方面的效益。人类的生产生活都离不开水资源,同时作为国家可持续发展经济的的基础,它具有防洪,灌溉,航运,供水,发电等功能。我国水资源丰富,河流众多,但河流分布不均,造成区域性水资源短缺,出现干旱洪涝现象。因此,建设水利水电工程,合理分配和调控水资源,充分利用水能源,提供安全可靠的生活生态用水,是我国社会经济可持续发展的重要基础。

Abstract: Water Conservancy and hydropower engineering is one of the important activities of human nature, this activity has brought the society, for our economy, the environment benefit. The production of human life is inseparable from the boiling water resources, at the same time as the foundation of national sustainable economic development, it is flood control, irrigation, shipping, water supply, power generation and other functions. Our country is rich in water resources, river is numerous, but the river distribution is uneven, resulting in shortage of water resources and regional drought, flood phenomenon. Therefore, the construction of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, rational allocation and regulation of water resources, make full use of water energy, provide ecological water safe and reliable, is the important foundation of sustainable development of social economy in china.
