多层砖混结构房屋设计中的问题分析
摘要:砖混结构由于选材方便、施工简单、工期短、造价低等特点,多年来砖混房屋是我国当前多层建筑中使用最广范的一种建筑形式。砖混结构多采用粘土砖和混合砂浆砌筑,通过内外砖墙的咬砌达到具有一定整体连接性的目的。多层砖混砌体房屋由于组成的基本材料和连接方式决定了其脆性性质,变形能力小,导致房屋的抗震性能较差。因此在多层砖混结构房屋设计中着重其抗震设计具有重要的意义。本文首先分析了砖混结构的优点,然后归纳了目前砖混结构抗震设计中存在的问题,最后从七大方面详细探讨了多层砖混结构房屋设计中的要点。

Abstract: brick structure because material is convenient, simple construction, short construction period and low cost etc, brick houses over the years is the most widely used in our country's current multi-storey building fan's a kind of architectural form. The clay brick and mix mortar masonry brick structure, through the bite of internal and external brick wall build by laying bricks or stones a certain overall connectivity. Of multilayer brick masonry structure due to the basic materials and connection mode determine the brittleness nature, small deformation, lead to poor seismic performance of the building. So in multi-layer brick mixing structure housing design focuses on the seismic design is of great importance. This paper analysis the advantages of brick structure, and then summarizes the current problems existing in the aseismic design of brick structure, finally from the seven aspects of multi-layer brick mixing structure housing design is discussed in detail.
