摘要:在房地产市场越来越成熟的今天,人们对居住的要求再也不是单纯的条件改善,而是着重与住宅的使用功能及价值功能和其它综合功能,使建筑物的品味大大提高,其中建筑外立面效果视觉的美观性可以提升项目的档次和知名度,因此,越来越来越多的开发商选择欧式风格的建筑,屋面采用西方城堡式建筑风格,均为坡屋面,屋顶坡度较陡,有双坡及老虎窗。

1 工法特点

2 适用范围
适用于钢筋混凝土坡屋面结构工程施工。
3 工艺原理
坡屋面结构部分为局部跃层,其他部位高度高、跨度大,墙体一次浇筑困难,施工时先将所有墙体浇筑至跃层标高,增加上部结构施工的稳固性,下部满堂架体在墙体施工时一同搭设,上部满堂架体的搭设与跃层标高以上墙体钢筋、模板施工同时进行,模板支设完成后墙体、顶板同时浇筑混凝土。
4 施工工艺流程及操作要点
本工程坡屋面形状复杂,屋面高低错落,屋面斜板倾角为45°,屋面模板工程施工难度大,劳动强度高,标高控制较难,模板等周转材料消耗量远远超出定额消耗量,为一次摊销。屋面板有向外悬挑500mm的檐沟,屋面板上有老虎窗,给施工带来更大的难度,模板配置要求更高。支撑体系搭设困难,整个支撑体系为满堂架支撑系统,控制好水平拉杆的设置和受力立杆的传力途径,采用扣件钢管架支撑,确保模板的稳定性和刚度。同时坡度较大,混凝土浇筑困难。
