高层建筑消火栓给水系统设计常见问题分析
摘要:随着城市的不断发展,高层建筑的建设越来越多,越来越快。高层建筑内人员密集,重要的设施设备多,一旦着火对人们的生命和财产安全具有相当大的威胁。消火栓给水系统是高层建筑中最基本的一个灭火系统,基本所有高层建筑都需要配置,所以给排水设计师正确的设计消火栓给水系统对整栋建筑乃至整个城市都有非常重要的意义。

Abstract: With the continuous development of city construction, there is more and more high-rise building. High-rise buildings crowded, and have many important facilities; the fire on the safety of people's life and property has a considerable threat. High-rise building fire hydrant water supply system is one of the most fundamental fires extinguishing system, basically all high-rise buildings need to be configured, so the water supply and drainage designers correct design of fire hydrant water supply system of the building and the city has a very important significance.

一、高层建筑的定义
根据中国《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2006)和《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045-2005)的规定:十层及十层以上的居住建筑及建筑高度超过24米的公共建筑,称为高层建筑。
高层建筑又根据高度及功能的不同分为一类高层居住建筑、二类高层居住建筑、一类高层公共建筑、二类高层公共建筑及超高层建筑。《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045-2005),所有高层建筑必须设置室内、室外消火栓给水系统。
二、消火栓给水系统分类及组成
消火栓给水系统分为室内消火栓系统及室外消火栓系统两大类。根据系统压力来源不同又分为常高压系统、临时高压系统。消火栓系统压力通过市政水源的压力来保证的方式为常高压系统。当消火栓系统灭火时需要的压力超过市政水源的常压时,灭火时压力通过消火栓泵等一系列设备加压来实现,则为临时高压系统。高层建筑的室外消火栓系统通常为常高压系统(也有例外的情况,需根据建筑情况具体分析),室内消火栓系统通常均为临时高压系统。
