论土木工程建筑施工中的管理
摘要:二十一世纪是一个高速发展、进步的时代,生产力得到了极大的提高,市场经济带来了巨大的变化,人民的生活水平得到极大提升。土木工程建筑是满足人们生活要求的重要方面,在建筑施工过程中需要面对很多的问题,这就要求在施工中有专人对这一问题进行及时的管理,针对问题采取相应的措施,当然,如同土木工程本身一样,施工中的管理也是一个非常重要的方面。本文主要对土木工程在施工中的管理问题进行论述,包括施工管理的现状,管理的内容和管理的改进措施三个方面的内容。
