摘要:随着现代经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高,城市人口数目随之增加,所以城市建筑需要综合考虑各方面,减轻城市土地的负担。现代高层建筑是趋向各种用途的,为了能够满足高层建筑功能上的要求,就必须做好建筑的结构设计。本文将对高层建筑带转换层的结构设计进行简单分析,并提出几点建议和看法,适应转换层的结构设计在高层建筑的应用以及发展趋势。

Modern high-rise building is the trend of the various uses of the high-rise building, in order to satisfy the functional requirements, we must do a good job in the construction structure design. This paper will carry on the simple analysis of structural design of high-rise building with transfer floor, and puts forward several suggestions and opinions, to adapt to the conversion layer structure design in the application and development trend of high-rise building.

随着我国市场经济的迅速发展,各地高层建筑越来越多,功能趋于多功能化,高层商住楼常用的一种结构模式就是带转换层的高层建筑结构,转换层的结构设计也是现代建筑建造发展的一种趋势。下面将对转换层的内涵以及用途、转换层结构在设计的过程中应遵循的原则、对带转换层高层建筑结构设计的建议看法三个方面进行系统地阐述解释。
一、带转换层的内涵和用途
(一)代转换层的内涵。所谓的带转换层的高层建筑结构,是为了适应高层建筑物功能上的需求,上半部分要求采用小空间的设计,需要更多的墙体;而下半部分则采用较大空间,墙体则尽可能地少。由于这样的情况,上下两个部分的连接则不能用竖向杆件直接连接,而是采用水平转换的形式实现上半部分与下半部分的连接,这样形成的高层建筑物被叫做带转换层的高层建筑结构。
