摘要:建筑工程基本内容的建筑电气设计是很重要的部分,既要实现建筑物的功能,又满足实用要求。电气设计的优劣保证着这一重要作用的发挥。%,由此可见建筑电气设计对于建筑工程很重要。本章通过工作实践,总结了建筑电气设计中常见的一些问题,分析问题产生的原因,提出解决的方法。

我国工程建筑质量事故统计显示,%,%,%。可见建筑设计在工程质量事故中占有重要的位置。电气工程是建筑工程项目的重要组成部分,而电气设计又是电气工程的重要部分,直接关系到建筑工程的质量、工期、投资和预期效果。本人通过分析总结,就影响建筑电气设计的常见问题进行了讨论。
。电气照明设备:室内、楼梯走道、安全和疏散诱导照明等;电梯设备:客梯、货梯等;给排水设备:生活水泵、消防泵等;制冷设备:包括冷水机组、冷却塔风机等;锅炉房用设备:包括鼓风机、引风机等,包括送、回风机、风机盘管等;消防设备:排烟风机、正压风机等。
。建筑的用途不同,其用电量也有差别,但总的来说耗电量一般非常巨大。
