对我国现状地下空间开发利用的探索
摘要:土地资源是城市发展的基础,随着全国耕地面积持续减少和城市面积急速扩张土地资源已经成为城市发展的稀缺资源之一。开发地下空间,节约土地资源,减少人均地面建设用地,减缓建成区扩展速度,推动老城区地上地下整体改造,鼓励土地综合利用,提高单位土地产值,构筑资源节约型和谐城市,已成为大势所趋。本文就针对我国现势下的地下空间利用作出了简要的论述。

Abstract: The land resources is the foundation of city development, along with the national arable land continued to decrease and the rapid expansion of city area of land resources has e one of the city's development of scarce resources. The development of underground space, save the land resources, reduce the per capita land construction land, slow growth rate of built-up area, promote the overall transformation of old city on the ground floor, encourage prehensive utilization of land, improve the land production units, to build a resource-saving and harmonious city, has e the trend of the times. This paper makes a brief discussion on China's present situation of utilization of underground space.

引言:随着近年来城市化进程的不断加速,以及人口的快速增长、经济规模的不断扩张,对城市空间提出了更多的需求。地下空间作为一种宝贵的自然资源,通过对其进行合理开发利用,将有利于城市可持续发展,实现城市经济与资源环境的相互协调发展,有效解决城市问题。并且我国《城市地下空间开发利用“十五”规划纲要》,也要求将城市地下空间作为一种城市资源进行合理开发利用。
1 现代社会开发利用地下空间资源的特点
地下空间是宝贵的自然资源和重要的战备资源,其类型有自然洞穴、人工洞穴、地下建筑物和地下构筑物等。与地面空间相比,城市地下空间具有良好的防护性、密闭性、稳定性和显著的节地性及一定的经济性。开发利用城市地下空间。不仅可以扩大空间容量,满足多种功能要求,而且有利于增强城市总体防护能力和防灾能力,有利于节地和改善环境,
