本设计是xx市130000t/d污水处理厂的初步设计。该处理厂处理城市污水。水质较复杂:五日生化需氧量(BOD5):180mg/L;悬浮物(SS):255mg/L;化学需氧量(CODcr):400mg/L;TN:80mg/L;TP:5mg/L。处理后的水质要求:BOD5≤20mg/L;SS≤20mg/L;CODcr≤80mg/L;TN≤20mg/L;TP≤1mg/L。
根据设计要求和求新的思想,该污水处理工程进水中氮含量均偏高,在去除BOD5和SS的同时,还需要进行脱氮除磷处理,故采用当代水处理工艺中较流行的卡鲁赛尔氧化沟工艺。该工艺综合了以往工艺的优点,而且该系统可进行硝化,反硝化反应,从而达到生物脱氮的功能。该系统具有高效,节能的特点,且耐冲击负荷高,出水水质好。因此,更具有广泛的适应性,完全适合本设计的实际要求。本工艺的主要构筑物包括格栅、污水泵房、沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、接触消毒池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。本设计采用了卡鲁赛尔氧化沟主体工艺,工艺流程简单,省去了初沉池和污泥消化系统,节省了基建投资和运行费用,同时曝气设备和构造形式多样,运行灵活,管理方便,保证出水达到污水排放标准,做到了水资源的合理利用。

Abstract
It is a preliminary design and construction drawing for the sewage treatment plant development zone. This plant treat municipal sewage, water quality is plicated:Suspended substance (SS ): 255mg/L;The biochemical oxygen demand of five days(BOD5 ): 180mg/L; The chemical oxygen demand (CODcr ): 400mg/L; TN: 80mg/L; TP:5mg/ water quality is required: BOD5≤20mg/L; SS≤20mg/L; TN≤3mg/L; TP≤1mg/L.
According to the designing requirement and thought of looking for novelty: the content of nitrogen is on the high side in this project water quality,so it should be dealed with,while get rid of BOD5 and SS .We adopt and use a kind of craft,which is paratively extensive denitrification crafts at present, namely, Carrousel oxidizing craft. The advantage of prehensive craft is extensive adaptability , totally suitable for reality originally designed's purpose. Its main structures includ gate well , grid , sewage pumping house , earate and sinking sand pool , oxidizing ditch , the second sinking pool, contacting pool , concentration tank , mud to dehydrate in puter lab etc. This design have adopted the denitrification craft and equipment of good performance, and the procedure is simple, management is convenient, do not need to add the first sinking pool,digestive system .reducing building and operating expenses, realizing automation totally at the same time, easy to manage, making the treated water reach sewage
