浙江某镇皮革、制碱混合废水处理
[摘要] 制革废水中BOD,COD的值都比较高,使得水中有机污染物的浓度过高,溶解氧过度消耗,水质下降,因此,采用较科学的工艺处理制革废水已极为重要。本设计为浙江某镇皮革、制碱废水处理设计。主要去除制革废水中的悬浮物、氨氮,并且利用生物处理方法,有效去除BOD、COD。本设计采用氧化沟工艺,该工艺具有以下优点:能有效去机污染物,溶解氧利用率很高,BOD、COD的去除率也很高,污泥产量低,污泥体积指数也低,容易沉淀,占地面积小,操作运行方便。在处理厂内,污水经调节池,格栅间,钟式沉砂池,初次沉淀池,卡鲁塞尔氧化沟系统,二次沉淀池等构筑物处理达到国家综合污水排放标准GB8978-1996后排放。剩余活性污泥经浓缩池,脱水车间处理后,产生的泥饼外运。
