冰雪灾害对铁路电力系统的影响及应对措施
摘要:在铁路电力系统中,受天气、气候等变化因素的影响比较大,尤其是冰雪灾害会严重影响到铁路电力系统的正常运行,严重的还会对整个输变电设备造成毁灭性的破坏,致使整个铁路电力系统进入瘫痪的状态。当铁路电力系统进入瘫痪状态之后,整个铁路线路运输都会受到非常大的影响,使得铁路线路不能实现正常营运,给铁路部门以及乘客带来诸多不必要的损失。本文对冰雪灾害对铁路电力系统的影响进行了分析与研究,并针对产生出来的影响与根源提出了一系列行之有效的防护措施,旨在提升铁路电力系统抗冰雪灾害的能力,保证在冰雪灾害的天气中铁路仍能正常运行。

Abstract: in the railway power system, affected by the weather, climate change is relatively large, especially the snow disaster will seriously affect the normal operation of the railway power system, serious still can cause devastating damage to the power transmission and transformation equipment, which makes the whole railway power system into paralysis. When the railway power system into a paralyzed state, the railway transportation will be very big impact, the railway can not realize the normal operation, to bring a lot of unnecessary losses to the railway and passengers. This paper analyzes and studies the effects of snow disaster on railway power systems, and put forward a series of effective protection measures aiming at the influence produced and causes, aims to enhance the ability of anti ice and snow disaster of railway power system, ensure the snow disaster weather can still normal operation of railway.
