Abstract
: A method for determining dissolution rate of Pediatric Paracetamol, Atificial Cow - bezoar and
Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules was established. The analysis was performed on Xbridge C18(4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),

mobile phase was 0. 2% phosphate acid - acetonitrile with gradient elution, flow rate was 1. 0 mL · min , detection
wavelength was set at 244 nm, and column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ . Paddle method was adopted in the

determination, dissolution medium was 0. 2% hydrochloric acid (1000 mL), rotating speed was 50 r · min , and

sampling time was 30 min. The linear ranges of Paracetamol were 4. 04 ~ 12. 13 μg·mL with average recoveries of
99. 27% (RSD was 0. 18% ) . The established dissolution curve testing method is sensitive and reliable, which can be
used for the detection of dissolution of Pediatric Paracetamol, Atificial
