第十三条 医疗机构药房和药品仓库应配置以下设施设备：
(一)便于药品陈列摆放的设施设备；
(二)符合药品标准要求的常温、阴凉和冷藏保管的设备，按照药品储存要求设置常温库（0～30℃），阴凉库（0～20℃），冷库（柜）（2～8℃）；各药房、药库相对湿度应保持在45%～75%之间；
(三)符合特殊药品储存的(五专要求)并安装报警系统设施；
(四)调节和检测温、湿度的设施设备；
(五)保持药品与地面之间有一定距离的设施设备；(配置地脚架)
(六)防尘、防潮、防虫、防鼠、防霉变和防污染、避光、通风、及防盗、防火、安全用电等设施设备；
(七)中药饮片所需的调配处方和临方炮制的设施设备。
第十四条 药品仓库应划分合格品库(区)、不合格品库(区)等专用场所。

五、购进与验收
第十五条 医疗机构必须指定专门人员负责本机构所有药品的购进工作；使用药品的相关科室不得私自购进药品。
第十六条 医疗机构购进药品应以药品质量安全为前提，从合法的企业进货；应索取其合法证明文件，确认其合法资格，建立档案并做好记录。
第十七条 医疗机构购进药品时应认真审核，同时向供货单位索取以下资料：
（一）加盖供货单位原印章的《药品经营许可证》.《药品GSP认证证书》复印件；向生产企业直接购进的
