高层建筑施工中容易出现的质量问题浅析
摘要:随着我国社会经济的快速发展,高层建筑在城乡建设中越来越多,这些高层建筑的建设,充分得发挥了土地的综合利用率,有效的缓解了土地紧张的问题。但在高层建筑施工过程中,有很多部位容易出现质量问题部位。这些问题的存在,不但影响施工进度,影响工程质量,也会给用户带来很多不便。在此提出,希望能与大家探讨,共同推动建筑施工技术进步。在高层建筑钢筋分项工程中,容易出现不同级别钢筋混用,钢筋翻样错误,交叉作业及混凝土浇筑过程对成品钢筋的破坏等问题。混凝土分项工程中常出现结构混凝出现裂缝,如阳台、楼面、梁端等部位;竖向及水平施工缝剔凿、清理不到位等造成施工缝接茬处质量较差;混凝土结构外观质量出现较大偏差等。在门窗工程中常常会出现门窗固定不牢固,门窗与墙体之间的缝隙处理不当引起渗水,门窗型材受损,门窗扇开启不灵活等质量问题。外墙外保温施工过程中常出现螺栓眼封堵不密实,墙体基层过于干燥,墙体有附着物、凸物等造成保温体系粘接不牢固,保温板空鼓和虚贴,锚固点不牢固,门窗口灯洞口部位收口不规范,冬季施工中砂浆、涂料等受冻灯问题。

Abstract: with the rapid development of our social economy, high-rise buildings are in urban construction more, the construction of these high-rise buildings, full play to prehensive utilization of land, the effective mitigation of the land shortage. But during the construction of high buildings, there are many areas prone to quality problems of parts. The existence of these problems, not only affect the construction schedule, engineering quality, also brings much inconvenience to the users. In this paper, and we hope to explore, to jointly promote the construction of technical progress. In the steel project in high-rise buildings, is easy to appear the different levels of reinforced mixing, reinforced lofting error, the finished steel problem of damage of the crossover operation and concrete pouring process.
