文档介绍:摘要现代社会,随着经济的迅猛发展,人们生活水平的日益增高,对于非木质刨花板材的需求也不断的增长。由于森林资源的日益减少,充分利用废弃的蔗渣、玉米秸秆、稻草以及非木质的纤维材料制造人造板材代替实木人造板材已势在必行。稻草的刨花可实现废弃物的回收利用,带来相应的经济价值,所以本课题以稻草刨花为原料,购买脲醛胶,压制刨花模压板材。本课题中所需的脲醛胶从市场购买。胶的固体含量为 54% ,将施胶量、热压温度、热压时间作为三因素作正交实验,压制板材。对板材的板材内结合强度及板面静曲强度进行测试,对结果分析总结,得出最佳工艺参数为:施胶量 20% 、热压温度 140 ℃、热压时间 15min 。对应的最佳力学性能值为:内结合强度 0. 38 MPa 、静曲强度 MPa 。关键词: 非木质刨花; 模压板材;工艺参数; 力学性能 Abstract Modern society, w ith the rapid development of economy, p eople living standard increasing, f or the plate demand continues to grow. Melamine plastic using M( melamine ):U( urea ) :F( formaldehyde ) =1∶ ∶ , adhesive solid content is 54%, the sizing, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time as three factors orthogonal experiment, pressed sheet. On the plate thickness swelling, internal bond strength and surface plate bending strength test, on the analysis and summarization of results, the optimum process parameters: sizing quantity20%, temperature 140℃, hot pressing time 1 5min.
