医院传染病管理的自查总结报告
为了进一步加强我院传染病管理和疫情报告，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》及其实施办法的规定，按照中国预防医学科学院制定的《医院传染病报告管理和漏报调查方法》，对 2021 年 6月 1日至 7日对我院的疫情管理和传染病报告情况进行了自我调查，现将调查结果报告如下：
一、建立各种组织，完善各项工作制度。
传染病防治工作是一项组织性专业性很强的工作，没有完善的组织和制度，要想做好是不可能的。为此年初便成立了传染病防治工作领导小组，抢救小组，疫点处理小组，公共卫生突发事件应急处置小组，抢救小组等，完善一系列规章制度，疫情上报制度，24 小时值班制度，疫点处理制度，消毒隔离制度，漏报调查制度等。对凡建病例档案和病历日志的科室，查门诊及住院登记，将查出的传染病病例与传染病报告登记簿核对，同时查对传染病疫情报告卡
