2013年教师暑期培训心得体会
青龙一小：冉宁
通过这次学校组织学****的关于“打造卓越教师团队”学****的内容，使我感触很深，受益匪浅，对自己的人生价值、工作态度、同事间的协作精神和对工作的责任感等方面都有进一步的提高。我就参加这次学****谈点自己粗浅的体会。
这次学****了很多优秀老师的讲课，让我学到了不少的知识。特别王霞老师讲的关于“打造卓越教师团队”的内容给我的感觉是： 
其一；集体的协作精神非常重要，一个人的力量是有限的，大家齐心协力才能共渡难关。
 其二；任何一个团队，都不能忽视领导的作用，大家都该围绕着这个领导核心，一起出谋划策共同开展工作。 
其三；在做任何事情之前，有个详细的策划，再加上领导最后的系统决策，才会避免做些无用功。 
王霞老师还特意从这两方面去讲解了：
一、学生喜欢什么样的老师？
1、友善的态度。“他必须喜欢我们，要知道，我们一眼就能看出他喜欢还是不喜欢教书。”教育是用心才能品味的艺术！教学是心与心沟通！
2、尊重课堂内每一个人。“老师应对我们有礼貌，我们也是人。”自尊心是每一个人的心灵。
