任务
1、根据公司安全生产状况，每年12月底负责对公司安全管理制度进行初步评审，存在缺陷或发现操作性不强等问题，提出修订意见，上报安全部长。
2、发生安全事故，通过原因分析，制度中无规定的，负责起草补充制度，对制度进行补充、完善，将起草后制度于15天内报部长审议。
4、负责起草、完善公司安全生产责任制及岗位安全规程，每3年组织对安全规程进行一次评审，不符合实际生产的进行修订；新增加岗位，15天内负责起草安全规程；生产工艺、设备发生变更时，15天内组织相关人员对安全规程进行修订。
1、每周组织生产车间、维保单位召开一次安全专业会，总结及安排专业工作；每月最后一周组织各单位生产主任召开月总结会；每月底30日前完成专业工作总结，并交部长审核。
2、每月对车间安全总结及分析，基础台账、安全活动开展情况及记录、安全办公会、巡查、危险源控制、安全考核等制度落实情况进行一次检查，并做好检查记录，查出问题按照制度落实考核或处理。
3、每周对生产车间岗位安全规程、管理人员安全职责熟知情况进行抽考，抽考人数不少于5人。
