【中文摘要】随着中国走向世界步伐的加快,企业之间的竞争日益加剧,因此有必要建立财务风险预警模型,及时发现企业的潜在风险,确保企业的正常运行。当前国内外财务风险预警模型有很多种,多元线性回归模型Logistic回归模型、人工神经网络技术模型等,经比较研究后发现Logistic回归模型最适合我国上市公司财务数据的数据分布特征。本文以上市公司中被特别处理的公司为财务危机的标志,选取了2009年104家ST、*ST类公司作为基础样本,104家非ST类公司为配对样本,样本规模共208家。以财务危机发生时点为T,利用研究样本中上市公司的T-1、T-2、T-3年的数据,借助SPSS 。首先,研究了样本财务指标的数据分布特征,证实了我国上市公司财务指标总体上不服从正态分布,因而选择Logistic回归分析方法建立财务危机预测模型;其次,对财务危机出现前3年内这两类企业23个财务指标的显著性差异检验,并利用主成分分析法筛选了9个指标作为建立模型的自变量,构建了Logistic回归模型;最后应用该模型对样本中的208家企业进行了检验。该Logistic回归模型T-1、T-2、T-%...
