[Abstract] A 24-year-old male had poor appetite accompanied by sudden deepening of skin
pigmentation and verrucous hyperplasia in the folds of the whole body for 2 months. Dermatology
situation: Diffuse pigmentation can be seen in the skin of the folds of the whole body，with velvety
thickening of the skin，the neck，armpits，and perineum are more serious，and symmetrical
distribution. Histopathology of the skin lesions showed that it was consistent with acanthosis
nigricans. Under gastroscope，local lesions in the gastric antrum，gastric body，and duodenal bulb
were seen. Histopathology: poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Body Mass Index
(BMI):，laboratory examination showed no abnormalities in blood sugar，adrenal gland，
pituitary function and autoimmune antibodies. Diagnosis: Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of
the stomach and duodenum indu
