生产：由于各种类型家具的生产工艺不同，整个生产基地被划分为：板式屏风、实木以及椅子沙发等三大分厂，分别占据厂区内3个大型厂房，各分厂独立进行下料、成型、后加工、装配、包装等生产活动。（各分厂具体的组织结构与生产工艺将在后文予以详细介绍）
后期工作：送货和售后服务。 
板式屏风分厂
板式家具分厂主要由下料后成型车间、封边、打孔车间与屏风车间三大部分组成，并根据生产过程划分为多个工段，在生产现场利用管理看板（如右图）对工段组织机构、团队建设、设备操作规范以及产品质量标准等进行统一管理。每个车间乃至工段均由专人管理，实行责任制。板式屏风分厂组织结构图如下：

各式锯机
下料后成型车间
该车间由下料与后成型两个工段组成。下料工段由多台各式锯机完成加工，如意大利电脑锯、金田电脑锯、南兴电脑锯、台湾三片锯、推台锯以及磨锯等；后成型工段的造型加工，粘贴及弯板工艺则分别由加工中心、热压机及弯板机等实现。该车间作业流程如下：
根据订单要求，计算所用原材数量，合理进行裁板编程；
将分裁好的半成品料码整齐，大小料配齐后送到下一工序；
刨花板下料根据工艺要求进行刨料，打砂纸，在进行防火板贴面；
将贴完防火板面的需要
