二、实施目的
为了解决各小区车辆停放、出入困难的局面，为了加强小区道路及车辆管理，规范车辆停放秩序；为了保护全体住户的合法权益；为了提升物业服务品质；为了防范安全事故的发生；特对以下片区进行车位规划及道闸升级，并制定以下车辆管理方案。
