3. 四季抗病毒合剂可以降低急性肺损伤大鼠体内 TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β 的含量,
通过抑制 TLR4 和 NF-κB p65 蛋白水平达到治疗急性肺损伤的效果。
结论 本文综合提升了四季抗病毒合剂质量控制标准,预测并验证了四季抗病毒合剂
治疗急性肺损伤的药理作用机制,为其今后的临床用药和二次开发提供了依据。

Abstract
Objective To comprehensively improve the quality control standard of Siji Antiviral
Mixture, and to establish a scientific, reasonable and comprehensive quality control system
by perfecting the color, thin layer, content and fingerprint. To explore and reveal the
pharmacological mechanism of Siji Antiviral Mixture.
Methods To improve the quality standard, the mechanism of action of Siji Antiviral
Mixer in the treatment of acute lung injury was revealed by network pharmacology
combined with animal experiments, and the following studies were carried out:
