1 总则

观察和管理生产过程而经常或定时停留的地点，如生产操作在车间许多不同地点进行。则整个车
间均算为工作地点。

? 本表所列各项有毒物质的检验方法，应按现行的《车间空气监测检验方法》执行。
厂房的耐火等级、防火间距、防爆和安全疏散措施应根据已确定的生产火灾危险性类别，符合现行建筑设计防火规范的规定。
4 车间卫生
涂漆工艺和设备，应尽量考虑机械化和自动化，加强密闭，并应结合涂漆工艺采取通风措施。
涂漆车间空气中有害物质浓度，不得超过表2的规定。
车间内工人工作地点的夏季空气温度，应符合TJ 36-79《工业企业设计卫生标准》中第49条的规定。
车间内工人工作地点，冬季空气温度，应符合TJ 36-79中第55条规定。
空气喷涂、无空气喷涂作业，车间的卫生特征级别应为二级。
含铅、铬颜料的涂漆作业，车间卫生特征级别应为二级。
密闭空间内的涂漆作业，卫生特征级别应为二级。

涂漆工艺过程所需的风机、水泵、电机、风管等产生的噪声，新建企业不得超过85dB (A) ;原有企业不得超过90dB (A)。
5 电气设备及点火源
所有涂漆作业所需电气设备，明火及点火源都应符合本章规定。
a. 静电涂漆还应符合第11章的规定;
b. 粉末涂漆还应符合第12章的规定。
涂漆区内一般不设置电气设备。如必需设置时，应符合国家有关爆炸危险场所电气安全的规定，实现电气整体防爆。
本规程所定义的涂漆区内为2级爆炸危险区域。
