【摘要】老年医疗保健已成为社会广泛研究并日益受到重视的问题。由于人口老龄化进程快,老人慢性病多,同时使用多种药物情况十分常见。年龄在60岁以上的老年人和年轻人相比又有自己的特点:组织器官功能不断衰退,自身免疫能力下降,患病机会多,用药频率高,必然造成药物相互作用,影响疗效,还会出现不良反应。

【Abstract】The old age healthcare has become the question which the social widespread research and receives day by day takes seriously. Because the aging of populations advancement is quick, old person chronic illness are many, simultaneously uses many kinds of medicine situations to be very common. The age compares in 60 year-old above senior citizen and the young people also has own characteristic: The organization organ function declines unceasingly, own immunity ability drops, is sick the opportunity to be many, the medication frequency is high, creates the medicine interaction inevitably, affects the curative effect, will also present the untoward effect.

老年医疗保健已成为社会广泛研究并日益受到重视的问题。由于人口老龄化进程快,老人慢性病多,同时使用多种药物情况十分常见。年龄在60岁以上的老年人和年轻人相比又有自己的特点:组织器官功能不断衰退,自身免疫能力下降,患病机会多,用药频率高,必然造成药物相互作用,影响疗效,还会出现不良反应。由于这些老年人对药物的吸收,解毒,代谢及排泄又有明显的变化,因此,老年人药物不良反应的发生率比一般青年人要高,后果也更加严重。
