浅议建筑工程项目施工管理中的问题及对策
摘要:随着时代的发展与人民生活水平的提高,建筑工程项目的规模、投资力度、技术复杂程度都在不断提高,这样建筑企业要想在竞争日益激烈的市场中占有一席之地,就必须提高企业的项目管理水平,实现企业收益增加,并取得较好的社会效益。本文就建筑工程项目施工管理中的问题作简要的分析、探讨。本文分析项目管理中的问题以及对策,希望能够给予建筑工程人员一些工作上的借鉴及帮助

Abstract: With the development of the times and the improvement of people's living standard, the construction project scale, investment, plexity continues to increase, so that the construction enterprises want to have a space for one person in the increasingly fierce petition, we must improve the level of enterprise project management, the revenue increase, and achieved good social benefits. 引言:随着市场经济逐步发展,建筑工程市场竞争日益激烈,企业所处经济环境较为复杂,很多建筑施工企业存在管理体制不完善,且贯彻执行力不足的情况,由此也引发了诸多问题,如权责不明确、奖惩不分明等,管理工作出现缺失。同时,行业间也出现不正当竞争行为,严阻碍了项目管理的有效实施,也导致了建筑行业不能有效遵循市场经济原则合理运作。因此,建筑企业应全面强化管理职能,有效分析市场,不断冲破各种阻碍,与时俱进,实现建筑施工管理水平的全面提升。以下,本文就建筑工程项目施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,同时提出相应的优化措施。

(一)人员流动性强,管理面繁杂:
建筑行业属于劳动密集型产业,为有效保证项目施工顺利进行,人力投入较多,但在施工过程中,现场在岗人员的班组交接、工序轮换以及生产操作,大幅增加了施工管理工作的业务量与难度,以至于现场管理不到位
