The standing committee of the shenzhen municipal people' s congress (promulgate)
20090217 (date of promuthe competent department of radio management in shenzhen shall perform the following duties:
to formulate plans for radio development and to carry out the laws and regulations governing radio management:
to draw up the electromagnetic space reserve and maintain the radio safety:
to plan and manage radio frequencies, radio stations (stations) and address resources:
to manage the development, production, import and sale of radio emission equipment:
to handle radio interference and conduct radio surveillance;
to coordinate and handle foreign-related radio management:
to organize the implementation of radio control:
other duties as prescribed by laws and regulations.
Public security, construction, planning, environmental protection, industry and commerce, quality supervision departments, as well as civil aviation, customs, maritime and other units shall, in accordance with their respective responsibilities assistance in the administration of radio.
Chapter ii radio frequency management
Article 5 radio frequency resources shall be owned by the state and shall be subject to total control, rational development and paid use.
Article 6 where a unit or individual needs to use radio frequency, it shall apply to the municipal radio authority. Where the laws and regulations are otherwise prescribed, the provisions shall prevail.
In the light of the authority of the municipal radio authority, the radio frequency shall be used for the non-operational business and shall be allocated and assigned in a direct way. Where the radio frequency is used for the business of business, the method of bidding or auction shall be allocated.
Article 7 the use of radio frequency shall meet the following conditions:
