摘要：作为食品平安问题中的一个典型案例,“地沟油”事务的出现,不仅反映了我国对食品平安卫生问题的日益重视,更是折射出我国在市场经济高速发展的过程中食品平安领域的行政监管漏洞、食品卫生检测标准滞后、企业诚信缺失、法律惩治不力等一系列问题。本文从四个部分对地沟油食品平安问题进行论述：第一部分从事务的成因。其次部分：从食品平安监管方面着手。第三部分：地沟油检测技术。第四部分：世界各国关于地沟油的处理措施。

Abstract: As a typical case of food safety issues, the emergence of "gutter oil" , not only reflects that our country has pay more and more attention to food safety and health problems, but also reflects in rapidly development our country has caught a series of problems such as food hygiene inspection standard lag, lack of enterprise credibility, lack of legal punishment.
