【Abstract】 The number of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with
pulmonary tuberculosis is increasing. The coexistence and interaction of the two diseases bring difficulties to the
diagnosis and treatment of the disease, increasing the disease burden and the risk of death. This article reviewed the
risk factors of COPD combined with pulmonary tuberculosis, the clinical characteristics of the combination of the
two diseases, the differential diagnosis between COPD and pulmonary tuberculosis related obstructive pulmonary
disease, and the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonarytuberculosis.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）已成为继心脏病和脑卒中后全
球人类死亡的第三大原因[1]。%，是我国第三大慢性疾病[2-3]。同样，
肺结核（pulmonary tuberculosis，PTB）也是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病，严重影响患者的生命质量，
是导致死亡的重要病因。世界卫生组织发布的《2021年全球结核病报告》显示，2020年全球新诊断结核病
患者数有所下降（可能受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响），但结核病仍位居全球第13大死因，且是由单一传染
性病原体引起的头号死因[4]。
COPD患者是PTB发病高危人群，特别是老年患者。因此，COPD和PTB二者较易出现发病人群重叠现象。
越来越多的证据表明，这两种肺部疾病之间存在相互影响，其中一种疾病可能成为另一种疾病的独立危险
因素[5-6]，两病共存及相互影响给疾病的诊治带来难度，并增加疾病负担，也增加患者的死亡风险。
