这几天网站要招聘新员工，通知了几名年轻人来面试。我们几个面试官等来写字。后来，天天的病情恶化，医生几次下达病危通知书。在病床上，天天嘴里整天念叨着他的名字。
最后医生给他打电话，他接到电话后，向老师请了几天假，赶到医院去陪天天。在病床前，他给天天讲保尔·柯察金和张海迪的故事，他要天天坚强起来与病魔作斗争，还给天天唱歌、讲笑话，让天天每天都快乐。
临走，他还把自己获得的“红丝带”爱心大使奖的奖金1000元留给天天。他说，爱心一定能够挽留住天天花蕾般的生命。
他不仅自己一心一意做慈善，还把慈善的种子播撒给周围的同学们。上初中后，他当选了校学生会的主席，他积极向全校的同学们传播做慈善的理念，并多次带领同学们，去中央大街、防洪纪念塔、太阳岛、索菲亚教堂等繁华地带义卖，搞募捐、馈赠、宣传等活动。然后把义卖、募捐所得，全部捐给希望工程和中国慈善总会等慈善机构。
11年来，孙慧熙为孤儿院、希望工程捐款6万余元，为艾滋病孤儿购买礼品1200多件，为农民工子女捐御寒衣物289件，为孤儿院及贫困地区中小学建立图书室6个，捐赠新书5000多册，文具2900多个，捐衣物、鞋等物品800多件(双)，音响、数字式影碟机二台，收录机30部，闹钟20个，石英钟8个，足、排、篮球及健身器材180多套(件)。
他的抽屉里有一本“爱心账本”，笔者在账本的封皮上看到这样一句话：“帮助别人，自己很开心。需要帮助的人露出微笑，就是对我最大的回报!”
