第十一条 用于建筑装饰装修的材料应当符合有关设计要求和国家产品质量、有害物质限量及燃烧性能控制等标准，并附有产品质量检验合格证明和中文标明的产品名称、规格、型号、生产企业名称及地址。

禁止使用质量不合格、国家明令淘汰或者不符合国家室内环境污染控制等相关规范和标准的建筑装饰装修材料。
第十二条 装饰装修人应当依法与建筑装饰装修施工方签订建筑装饰装修工程承包合同。
建筑装饰装修工程承包合同主要包括下列内容：
(一)工程的基本情况和承包方式；
(二)用于装饰装修的主要材料的名称、品牌、型号、规格、等级和数量；
(三)工程的开工和竣工日期；
(四)工程价款及其支付方式和期限；
(五)工程质量要求和验收办法；
(六)质量保修范围和期限；
(七)违约责任和解决纠纷的途径。
第十三条 对主体结构质量不合格的新建建筑物、构筑物和存在结构安全隐患的既有建筑物、构筑物，不得进行装饰装修。
第十四条 在建筑装饰装修活动中，禁止下列行为：

(一)未经原设计企业同意或者具有相应资质等级的设计企业提出设计方案，擅自变动建筑主体、承重结构或者明显加大荷载；
(二)损坏建筑物原有节能设施或者无障碍设施；
(三)未经燃气企业或者供热企业同意擅自拆卸、改装燃气、供热管道或者设施；
