在刘联兵主席的动员和指导下，宋爱英部长组织大家利用工余时间，采取宣读讲解、座谈交流、小组讨论等形式，逐句逐条对《条例》全文进行认真宣讲、解读，逐条逐款消化、吸收。力求系统、准确地理解和掌握《条例》的精神精髓。针对大家都关心的在劳动保护工作中的共性问题，还进行了热烈的讨论和交流。
《条例》共有29条，在全国率先提出女职工经期、孕期、产期、哺乳期、更年期等“五期”保护，并将“卫生福利”等内容作出了具体规定。新条例的实施将更加人性化、法治化，可操作性更强，对于女职工在特殊时期的特殊待遇、特殊保护更加周到细致。
《条例》对新形势下保障广大女职工的合法权益和特殊利益，做好女职工劳动保护工作具有十分重要的现实意义。通过此次学****宣传活动，营造了关心爱护女职工的良好氛围，提高了《条例》的透明度，扩大了《条例》的知晓率。
《条例》中的每一条每一款都充满了浓浓的人性关怀，更加贴近我们广大女职工的实际需求。我院女工干部及广大女职工深受鼓舞，纷纷表示要带头学法、守法、用法，为提高依法维权意识和自我保护能力，增强用人单位的执法意识和责任义务，营造良好的劳动环境和工作氛围，促进《条例》的全面贯彻落实而共同努力。
