摘要:本文通过临床观测记录,探讨红外线疗法对骨外科手术切口愈合的增进作用。实验对例行骨科手术后对患者术口采用红外线诊断措施,通过观测术口达到临床手术切口愈合[1]的时间和对照组间的对比,成果表白红外线疗法可加速手术切口处细胞分子运动,增进组织再生和炎症产物的吸取,解除肌肉痉挛,增进术口愈合,缩短愈合时间。

The application of infrared therapy in bone surgical incision healing

Abstract:This article, which is based on statistics of clinical observation, discusses the acceleration of infrared therapy on the healing of bone surgical incisions. We carry out the experiment on routine orthopedic surgery patients after oral surgery with infrared therapy. By observing the healing time of the incisions, we compare the healing time between the experimental group and the control group. The result shows that infrared therapy can speed up the cellular and molecular motion around the surgical incision. It can also promote tissue to regeneration and accelerate the absorption of inflammation. In addition, the infrared therapy can relieve muscle spasm and shorten the healing time.

外科手术病例中,手术切口的愈合为手术成功和患者治愈与否的一项重要指标。而切口感染甚至切口术后裂开于患者术后恢复过程中却并不罕见,因此,我科针对这一现象,对术后患者立即采用红外线疗法,对伤口愈合及感染控制获得了良好的效果。红外线可分为短波红外线及长波红外线,其中短波合用于深层组织诊断,长波合用于浅层组织诊断。本文所选病例均采用短波红外线进行临床
