Standing Committee of the Wuhan Municipal People's Congress (promulgated by units)
20060615 (time of promulgtation of urban planning within the administrative area of this Municipality shall be subject to the present regulations in the construction of the urban planning area.
Third Municipal People' s government is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the city's urban planning. The District People's governments shall be responsible for the formulation and implementation of urban planning in their administrative areas in accordance with the limits of authority prescribed by the Municipal People's government.
The township (town) people's governments and subdistrict offices shall support and coordinate the supervision and inspection of the implementation of urban planning by the administrative departments of urban planning.
The Fourth Municipal People's Government shall establish the Wuhan City Planning Commission, which shall consider the following matters:
(1) overall urban planning, urban planning, municipal planning and zoning planning;
(two) planning and professional planning of key towns and towns and other key development areas:
