尊敬的各位领导、各位同志：
星海镇东湖社区成立2006年，，现有5个居民小区，居民住宅17栋，常住户1568户，常住人口4839人；流动人口1880人，450户，辖区单位24个，商业网点86个，其中东湖社区的西组是一个回民聚居组，现有回族群众350户1750人。整个社区居住人口关系复杂，各级各类单位众多。面对综治法治创建新的形势、新的任务，我们将进一步创新理念，加强社区管理，履行属地责任，全面落实工作措施，维护好基层和谐稳定。
一、不断创新社会管理，维护社会和谐稳定。
一是加强网格化矛盾排查工作。建立《群众来信来访情况办理台帐》，确保群众来访件件有落实，事事有回音。坚持每半月召开治保、调解主任例会，并统一填写排查表。在调查摸底的基础上，加强与街道联动，开展联合调处，力争辖区内矛盾纠纷调解成功率达100%，确保本社区的小纠纷不出社区，大矛盾不出街道。二是认真落实社区事务公开制度。加强社区事务公开，进一步拓宽公开事项，提高基层工作的透明度，减少不必要的矛盾纠纷。充分听取群众对社区工作的意见和建议，及时改进落实。提倡质询听证，公开接受群众的监督和质询，不断增强基层组织的凝聚力、号召力和同心力。三是充分发挥
