clinical practice. Methods 100 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to the hospital from January to
December 2020 were selected as the observation group. According to glomerular filtration rate (GFR), the patients
were divided into stage 1 (GFR 逸 90 mL/min) 30 cases, stage 2 (60臆GFR<90 mL/min) 25 cases, stage 3 (30臆
GFR < 60 mL/min) 20 cases, stage 4 (15臆 GFR<30 mL/min) 18 cases and stage 5 (<15 mL/min) 7 cases. Another
25 healthy people admitted to the same period were included as the control group. The 24 hUP, SCr, urea nitrogen
(BUN) and endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) of each group were detected, and the UP/SCr ratio was
calculated. The above indexes of each group were compared, and the correlation between 24 h UP and UP / SCr
