园舍与设备
第九条 幼儿园建设用地包括园舍建筑用地、室外公用游戏场地、集中绿化用地。建设用地面积测算见表1。

生均用地面积
注：农村幼儿园不应低于一级指标，城镇幼儿园不应低于二级指标。建设用地按必备指标加选配指标宜一次性征用。
第十条 园舍建设应当符合幼儿园建筑设计规范和幼儿园建筑面积定额标准。要求安全、美观，整体布局合理、通透，按功能分区，管理方便，与保育、教育要求相适应。有关园舍标准，参见附件1。
第十一条 园舍由活动及辅助用房、办公及辅助用房和生活用房三部分构成。
活动及辅助用房包括：活动室、寝室、卫生间、衣帽及教具储藏室、音体活动室、兴趣活动室。
办公及辅助用房包括：办公室（园长室、总务财务室、档案室、教师办公室和保育员更衣休息室）、图书资料室、会议室、教具制作兼陈列室、保健及观察室、晨检兼接送室、教师值班室、配电间、网络控制室、活动器械储藏室、总务储藏室、门卫室、教职工卫生间。
生活用房包括：厨房（主副食加工间、配餐间、消毒间、主副食库和烧火间）、教职工餐厅、开水及消毒间、炊事员更衣休息室、洗衣
