建筑施工技术在高层建筑中的应用之探析
摘要:随着新材料、新技术的不断发展,高层建筑的施工技术及其要求也会发生相应的变化。设计人员和施工人员只有结合具体工程的具体要求,认真贯彻相关法规、条例的要求,学习新技术、新方法,才能满足人们对外形美观、结构合理、布局自然、安全性高和低成本高环保的建筑要求。本文介绍了现代高层建筑施工特点,分析探讨了建筑施工技术在高层建筑中的应用。

Abstract: with the new material, new technique with the continuous development of the high-rise building construction technology and its required and change accordingly. Designers and construction personnel only bination with the specific project specific requirements, earnestly implement the relevant rules and regulations request, learning new technologies, new methods, can satisfy the people to the beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, layout nature, high security and low cost high environmental protection building requirements. This paper introduces the characteristics of the modern high-rise building construction, this paper analyzed the construction technology in the application of high-rise buildings.

近些年来,伴随着社会经济以及科学技术的发展,我国高层建筑施工技术得到了极大地提高,并取得了许多举世瞩目的成就。随着施工规模的不断扩大以及建筑结构日趋复杂,高层建筑施工技术必然要进行不断地革新与优化。
一、现代高层建筑施工特点
1、高空作业多
由于高层建筑物的自身高度大,垂直运输工作量大。高空作业要处理大量的材料、制品、机具设备和人员的垂直运输。在施工全过程中,要认真做好高空安全保护、防火、用水、用电、通讯、临时厕所等问题,防止物体坠落打击事故。
2、基础埋置深度深
高层建筑为了保证其整体稳定性,地基埋置深度不宜小于建筑物高度的1/12;采用桩基时,不宜小于建筑物高度的1/15(桩的长度不计算在埋置深度内),至少应有一层地下室。因此,一般埋深至少在地面以下5m。超
