老城改造规划设计中应注意的问题
摘要:随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,老城改造逐渐进入了一个全新的发展阶段。老城改造指的是局部或者整体性的更新和改造老城市的物质生活环境,从而能够更好的改善居民的生活服务、劳动等条件。但在各城市的老城改造中,普遍存在一些问题,需引起相关部门的重视。本文首先分析了老城改造规划中存在的普遍问题,然后阐述了改造中应遵循的原则,并以开封和新乡为例,探讨了老城改造中的不同模式,最后对老城改造规划中应加强的环节提出了建议。

Abstract: With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the Old Town transformation gradually entering a new stage of development. Old Town renovation is local or global updates and the transformation of the old city substances living environment, and thus better able to improve residents' living services, labor conditions. However, in the transformation of the city's Old Town, the prevalence of some issues that need to cause the attention of the relevant departments. This paper first analyzes mon problems in the Old City Reconstruction Planning, and then describes the principles to be followed in the transformation to Kaifeng and Xinxiang to explore the different modes in the Old City in the transformation, the last of the Old City Reconstruction Planning should strengthen the link suggested.

老城改造规划中存在的问题
(一)对老城改造的复杂性缺乏认识
首先,在老城改造的过程中,不顾实际情况采用推到重建的方式,造成了财力和物力的严重浪费,在一定程度上破坏了原有城市的社会网络布局;其次,对老城的认识不足,认为是过去留下的烂摊子,在改造过程中采取了大面积拆迁的不正确做法;再次,在老城改造的过程中,突破城市规划对
