一、工业与民用建筑工程的进度管理工程进度就是工程从立项、设计、预算,到施工、验收等步骤所需要的全部时间。工程的进度管理是工业与民用建筑工程的主要管理内容之一,工程的进度不仅是单方面就可以保障的,而是需要设计方、施工方、投资方的通力合作,才能保证工程的整体进度。工业与民用建筑工程的进度管理,应注意以下几个方面:
